Granthika Backup Schedule

Granthika automatically backs up the project you’re working on every fifteen minutes.

The backup files are stored in the \granthika\backupfolder in your Home directory (which varies according to the operating system you’re using). You should back up this \granthika\backupfolder regularly.

See the note below for the location of your backup folder on the operating system you're using.

Windows

In Windows 10, your backup folder can usually be found at <root>\Users\<username>\Documents\granthika\backup.

So, if you have Windows installed on your C: drive, and your username is “Kamala,” your backup folder will be at C:\Users\Kamala\Documents\granthika\backup.

macOS

In macOS, your Granthika backup folder can be found at /Users/<username>/granthika/backup.

So, if your username is “Kamala,” your backup folder will be at /Users/Kamala/granthika/backup.
